With three lives this time, our protagonists are far freer to act bizarrely and carelessly toward one another, which is exactly what makes this movie so amazing.

Thankfully, Johnson and Hart transform the movie into something better. Their upbeat performances and the constant physical humor that results from their enormous size disparity are really effective.

However, it’s a rare example of what Johnson might be capable of if he simply stuck to drama. When compared to Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Austrian actor didn’t even attempt pure drama till much later in his career with Maggie.

However, the gorilla, named George, rises to a monstrous size and just keeps getting bigger over time after being gassed in the face one night by some strange space canister.
It’s absolutely absurd that The Rock keeps saying, “He’s still my friend,” as the gorilla grows. Get this, though. In fact, Dwayne Johnson sells it.
