Choco-Story Brussels
Choco-Story Brussels, formerly known as the Museum of Cocoa and Chocolate (French: Musée du cacao et du chocolat, Dutch: Museum van cacao en chocolade), is a privately owned museum in Brussels, Belgium, founded in 1998 at the initiative of Gabrielle Draps,[1] the wife of a famous Belgian chocolate artisan, Joseph “Jo” Draps,[2] founder of the Godiva Chocolatier.
Gabrielle Draps initiated the establishment of the Museum of Cocoa & Chocolate in July 1998. She was married to the Godiva chocolate manufacturer’s founder, Joseph “Jo” Drap, and represented the third generation of Belgian chocolate makers.
n The museum was renamed “Choco-Story Brussels” in May 2014, following the Van Lierde-Draps family’s partnership with the Van Belle family, who already owned Choco-Story Bruges, the Bruges Chocolate Museum.
Visitors can book a workshop to manufacture chocolate bars and lollipops at the museum, which offers demonstrations and tastings.

Bloch is a Courtelary-based Swiss chocolatier. Camille Bloch (1891 – 1970), a Bernese chocolatier, started it in 1929 in Bern and moved manufacturing to Courtelary in the Bernese Jura in 1935. The company relocated to Courtelary and changed its name to “Chocolats Camille Bloch SA” in 1935. After Camille Bloch’s death in 1970, his son Rolf Bloch took over as CEO.
Chocolats Camille Bloch SA has been creating its chocolate specialties in Courtelary, Switzerland, from the roasting of cocoa beans, hazelnuts, and almonds to completed bars on the table.
