1. Davido
It was rumored that twins were welcomed in the US by Afrobeats legend David Adeleke, often known as Davido, and his wife Chioma Adeleke. Davido could be seen grinning broadly with happiness in a video that had gone viral, which featured his new kids. In addition to Davido, his father, and other well-wishers, Davido’s wife Chioma can be seen in the video smiling and holding the twins.
The couple, who tragically lost their only son and child at their Banana Island, Lagos, house in October of last year, was said to have welcomed their new little ones on Monday, October 9.
2. Kizz Daniel
Birthday celebrations typically elicit a range of emotions. However, it was a double celebration for well-known musician Oluwatobiloba Anidugbe, better known online as Kizz Daniel, who celebrated his birthday on Saturday a few years back, by announcing to his fans on social media that he had recently received a pair of twin kids, Jelani and Jalil.
Daniel had uploaded a photo of a hand gripping the hands of two babies to Instagram. One person’s face was not visible in the photo, though. “Announcing the arrival of my sons, Jelani and Jalil, is the best way to celebrate my birthday,” the singer captioned the photo.
Daniel continued by outlining the physical characteristics he and the twins have in common. “Jalil with my eyes, and Jelani with my dimples,” he wrote.
3. Funke Akindele
There had been rumors that the actress had given birth to a set of twins on Saturday, December 22, 2018.
Some posts on Funke’s Instagram story, which were uploaded in the wee hours of December 22, said things like “Thank you Lord,” “Mo je oruko titun,” “Emi ti a da lewa Olorun,” and “A ti fi oruko titun pe mi.” Funke did not specifically confirm the news, though. Her admirers and coworkers congratulated her on social media as well, using their own accounts.
Funke Akindele verified the news on Friday by sharing a photo of herself and her husband holding the twins with the message, “To God be all the glory.”
4. Thembisa Mdoda
Another Top 6 African Celebrities who birthed twins is Thembisa Mdoda. South African Actor Atandwa Kani and Mdoda’s marriage occurred on August 11, 2012. Unfortunately, though, they had to split up in 2015 and call it quits.
According to her account, twin boys were born during her marriage to her former husband, Atandwa Kani. Nevertheless, it was discovered that Kani was not the twins’ biological father following accusations of adultery and the completion of a DNA test. Atandwa claimed he still finds it difficult to accept the test results, despite later admitting that all he wanted was to be the children’s father.
5. Paul Okoye

One of the identical twins and R&B vocalist for P-square from Nigeria, Paul Okoye, revealed that he was now a father to a pair of twins in 2017. The happy singer announced on his Instagram page that he and his wife, Anita Okoye, welcomed a boy and a girl into the world on Sunday.
“God!!” he wrote. Not me at all!? I’m at a loss for words. Thank you, God; the house is now finished and shortly to be occupied. The couple called their twins Nathan and Nadia after their first kid, Andre, was born in 2013.

Emma Chukwugoziam Obi, a.k.a. Emma Nyra, a Nigerian musician, revealed gorgeous pictures of her twin children.
Alexander and Alexandria, the singer’s children, were born in the United States on August 11, 2018, and they have not been on social media.
