1. THE SPARK
Majors was put “in an alternative education program” after getting into a fight at school in Dallas when he was 14 years old, and it was there that he first fell in love with performance.
He got into it when we were reading Agatha Christie, he recalled to The Last Magazine in June 2019. “I used to read the Bible constantly as I was growing up, and I would compare it to various copies, saying things like, “Oh, I prefer this version better.

Majors pursued his Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) after graduating from high school.
He studied at the Yale School of Drama after graduating in 2012, and in his final semester there, he was cast as young Ken Jones on ABC’s “When We Rise.” This was his first significant acting job.
He revealed to Backstage in December 2019 that Gus Van Sant chose him to portray one of the roles in the miniseries he and Dustin Lance Black were working on. I completed my final semester of schoolwork while working with Gus Van Sant in a trailer in Vancouver.

5. HE WAS ONCE BROKE

Nevertheless, my new boss called them and used her credit card to persuade the men to let me stay and provide me with a room. So when I enter [for the audition], all I see is love.”

7. HIS MOM IS A PASTOR
Majors’ mother studied for a master’s in divinity in Dallas, Texas, and later became a preacher. Spirituality plays a significant role in his life, thanks to his mother.
