Walt Disney has won the Oscars more frequently than any other person in history. The most recognizable director in the United States amassed an astounding 26 Oscars, four of which were honorary ones. 1. Alan Menken

On July 22, 1949, Alan Menken was born in New Rochelle, New York, in the USA. He is a composer and producer best known for his work on Pocahontas (1995), Aladdin (1992), and Beauty and the Beast (1991). He has won more Oscars than any other surviving composer in the history of the Academy Awards.

The following eight victories are his: Best Original Score for Beauty and the Beast (1991), Best Original Song for Beauty and the Beast (1991) (“Beauty and the Beast”), Best Original Score for Aladdin (1992), Best Original Song for Aladdin (1992) (“A Whole New World”), Best Musical or Comedy Score for Pocahontas (1995), and Best Original Song for Pocahontas (1995) (“Colors of the Wind”). Best Original Score for The Little Mermaid (1989). He has received two Academy Awards for the same movie four times.

American filmmaker Jennifer Michelle Lee. She leads the Walt Disney Animation Studios’ creative department. Lee is the first female director of a feature produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and the first female director with a gross box office revenue of over $1 billion. She has an Oscar to her name.

Frozen Academy Awards

The movie Frozen received nominations and wins in several categories. At the 86th Academy Awards, it took home the prizes for Best Original Song (“Let It Go”) and Best Animated Feature. As a result, the first movie from the Walt Disney Animation Studios won Best Animated Feature. Five out of ten nominations for the movie at the 41st Annie Awards were won. Frozen won Best Animated Film at the 66th British Academy Film Awards.

3. Kristen Anderson-Lopez

With her husband Robert Lopez, Kristen Anderson-Lopez (born March 21, 1972) co-wrote the music and lyrics for the computer-animated musical films Frozen (2013) and Frozen II (2019). At the 86th and 90th Academy Awards, the duo took home the Best Original Song trophy for “Let It Go” from Frozen and “Remember Me” from 2017’s Coco. At the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, she also took home two Grammy Awards.

Robert Lopez is an American musical theater songwriter born on February 23, 1975. He is best known for co-writing the songs for the Disney computer-animated features Frozen, Frozen II, and Coco. Only 18 people, including him, have won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony Award. He also owns the credentials of being the youngest recipient of an EGOT and collecting the set at the age of 39. He also holds the record for winning the accolades in the lowest amount of time. He is also the sole recipient of all four accolades—two Oscars, three Tonys, three Grammys, and four Emmys—more than once.

5. Jeff Jerry Draheim

Jeff Jerry Draheim is an American film editor who was born in 1963. He primarily works in Hollywood, particularly in animation. He made his video game debut in 1997 with Disney’s Animated Storybook: Hercules. The Princess and the Frog, Frozen, Moana, and Frozen II are among the movies he has worked on. He’s been nominated for two Eddie Awards and two Annie Awards, and he’s won one Eddie Award.

In 1994, he began working for Walt Disney Animation Studios, where he served as the division’s chief editor for Florida and produced animation for commercials, documentaries, and amusement park shows. From there, he steadily advanced to animated shorts and finally featured, working on films including Brother Bear, The Princess and the Frog, and the 2014 short film Feast, which won the Academy Award for Best Short Animation.
