When Netflix announced a new series about Wednesday Addams several fans of the streaming media brand were shocked as the movie “Wednesday Addams” was part of the Addams story that has been made more than once. there’s even an animation about the film. The majority of people taught the Movie will not be able to meet up with the first close edition titled the “Addams family”. The “Addams Family” had 64 Episodes and was aired on ABC from September 18, 1964, to April 8, 1966. When the film finished in 1966. The Addams Family had an IMBd rating of 8/10, a Rotten Tomatoes critical approval rating of 6%, and a Film Infinity rating of 6.4/10.
However, after the Addams Family series ended in 1966. there are so several stories related to “Wednesday Addams” which are the television movie Halloween with the New Addams Family (1977); Christina Ricci in the movies The Addams Family (1991) and Addams Family Values (1993); Nicole Fugere in the direct-to-video movie Addams Family Reunion (1998); and in the TV show The New Addams Family (1998–1999).

3. Wednesday had to learn some things before the shooting.
Enid Sinclair had to learn how to play Cello for the movie “Wednesday Addams”. During her interview with Wired, she said ” I started working on the Cello two months before we started shooting”. She also learned archery, fencing, German, and canoeing.
4. The movie was shot in Romania.
Between September 2021 and March 2022, Busteni, a Romanian town in the southern Carpathians, served as the primary location for Wednesday’s filming. The Cantacuzino Castle served as the backdrop for the imagined Nevermore Academy. The settings were the Bucharest Botanical Garden, the Olga Greceanu House in Dambovita County, and the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

Christina Richie was the lead actress in The Addams Family and The Addams Family. However, played Marilyn Thornhill in Wednesday Addams, a character who is a teacher and a supervisor at the Nevermore Academy.

The Branesti and the Sterbei lakes were used. The cast had to learn canoeing for the scene.

8. Wednesday had to shoot the dance scene while being sick with Covid- 19.
While they were awaiting the results of Enid Sinclair’s covid test, they shot the dance scene for episode four, titled Woe What A Night. Enid Sinclair had to leave the set as soon as they received the positive covid result because she needed to be removed from the show. Her first day as a Covid patient was, in her words, a terrible experience.
9. Enid Sinclair had to go to werewolf BootCamp to prepare for her role.
Enid Sinclair who played “Wednesday Addams” had to attend a werewolf BootCamp to play some roles. she and a couple of guys had to crawl on the ground growling at each other at the Bootcamp. She described the experience as weird and will never forget it.
10. Wednesday never blinks on the scene.
She was instructed by the director Tim Burton not to blink and will have to restart a scene if she did. Although, Enid Sinclair found it difficult at some point as water would come out of her eye because it was windy. However, she did it.
